The BDxxGC0WEFJ series are LDO regulators with 1.0A output current. Output voltage accuracy is ±1%. Both fixed and adjustable output voltage types are available. The adjustable output voltage type allows the output voltage to be set in the range of 1.5V to 13.0V via external resistors. Multiple fixed output voltage types requiring no external resistors are also available. Suitable for a wide range of digital equipment applications. Housed in a compact HTSOP-J8 package (4.90mm × 6.00mm × 1.00mm). Built-in overcurrent protection circuit protects the device during output short circuit; features zero μA shutdown mode and thermal shutdown circuit to protect the device under overload conditions. These LDO regulators are compatible with ceramic capacitors, contributing to a smaller board footprint and longer service life.
