Broadcom ACPL-C61L-000E

ACPL-061L/ACPL-C61L/ACNW261L is an optocoupler combining an AlGaAs LED with an integrated high-gain photodetector to meet low-power requirements. This optocoupler features extremely low power consumption, with a maximum IDD of 1.5mA per channel over the full temperature range. Forward current as low as 1.6mA to 4mA allows direct DC drive by most microprocessors. These optocouplers support 3.3V and 5V supply voltages, with guaranteed AC and DC operating parameters over a temperature range of -40°C to +105°C. The detector IC output is a CMOS output. An enable input allows strobing of the detector output. An internal Faraday shield provides a guaranteed common-mode transient immunity of 20kV/μs. The CMOS output features slew rate control, designed to allow control of rise and fall times over a wide range of load capacitances. This unique design achieves TTL/CMOS compatibility while providing maximum AC and DC circuit isolation. These optocouplers are suitable for high-speed logic interfaces with extremely low power consumption.
