The modular design of Honeywell micro switch heavy-duty limit switches allows for a wide variety of actuator styles, operating heads, and circuit options. The plug-in version can significantly reduce downtime on high-drive production lines, as switch replacement takes only seconds. The base socket contains all wiring and conduit connections, while the switch assembly with operating head can be easily mounted onto the base and secured with two screws.

They are well suited for many applications in demanding indoor and/or outdoor environments where they may be subject to shock or vibration from equipment, extreme temperatures, dust, water splashing, coolant, and/or water washdown.

• NEMA/IP sealing features dual-shaft seals for additional protection
• Rugged, corrosion-resistant zinc head and body with phosphate treatment and epoxy coating

• Fluorosilicone seals available for low-temperature applications; fluorocarbon seals available for chemically harsh environments and high-temperature applications
• Head can be securely locked to body in four positions at 90° intervals
