Product surfaces shall be smooth and clean, free from burrs, bubbles, scorching, deformation, and other defects; terminal surfaces shall be free from oxidation and plating defects. Operating temperature range: -25℃~+85℃; rated voltage: 250VAC/DC; rated current: 5A; contact resistance: ≤20mΩ; insulation resistance: ≥1000MΩ; withstanding voltage: 1000V AC/minute. Applicable wire gauge: AWG#18~#30; applicable PCB thickness: 1.2~1.6mm. Product surfaces shall be free from harmful defects, contamination, cracks, and mechanical damage; contacts shall be free from corrosion, plating oxidation, and peeling; dimensions shall conform to the attached drawings; identical specifications shall be interchangeable. Inner packaging for plastic parts: plastic bags; inner packaging for terminals: tape-and-reel packaging; each package shall include a certificate of conformance indicating product name, specification/model, quantity, and date of manufacture. Outer packaging: cartons with a packing list indicating product name, specification/model, quantity, and shipping date; products shall not rattle inside the carton. Transportation by any means is permitted; keep dry and protect from mechanical damage. Packaged connectors shall be stored in a warehouse with an ambient temperature of -10℃~+40℃, relative humidity ≤80%, and air free from acidic, alkaline, or other corrosive gases.
