Descrizione
The SGM892B and SGM893B are low-power voltage detectors with high-accuracy sensing. These miniature devices offer exceptional flexibility with an adjustable threshold range of 1.0V to 5.0V in 0.1V increments. These devices are ideal for power sequencing, reset sequencing, and power switch applications. The VOUT pin is an N-channel open-drain output with active-low reset. The SGM893B includes an active-low manual reset input (nMR). The SGM892B is available in Green UTDFN-1×1-4L, SOT-23-3, and SOT-23-5 packages. The SGM893B is available in Green SOT-23-5 and UTDFN-1×1-4L packages. Both operate over a temperature range of -40℃ to +125℃.
