ADuM5401/ADuM5402/ADuM5403/ADuM5404 are quad-channel digital isolators with integrated isoPower isolated DC/DC converters. The DC/DC converter is based on iCoupler technology and can deliver up to 500 mW of regulated isolated power at 5.0 V (5.0 V input supply) or 3.3 V (3.3 V supply), eliminating the need for a separate isolated DC/DC converter in low-power isolation designs. By utilizing iCoupler chip-scale transformer technology to simultaneously isolate both logic signals and the magnetic components of the DC/DC converter, a compact, fully isolated solution is achieved. The ADuM5401/ADuM5402/ADuM5403/ADuM5404 isolators provide 4 independent isolated channels, supporting multiple channel configurations and data rates. isoPower uses high-frequency switching elements to transfer power through its transformer.
