MACOM MA4P7437-1141T

MACOM offers silicon PIN diodes in five standard, low-cost, surface-mount plastic packages for use as switches and attenuators. These diodes feature 100% matte tin plating. Available in multiple I-region lengths, these PIN diodes enable lower resistance and lower capacitance across a wide range of microwave control circuit applications.

The MA4P7436 and MADP-007436 series feature the lowest series resistance, making them ideal for low-loss series switches and high-isolation shunt switches.

The MA4P7433 and MADP-007433 series feature the lowest capacitance, providing the highest isolation in series and series-shunt switches up to 3 GHz.

The MA4P7447, MADP-007155 series, MA4P7455, MADP-007455 series, and MADP-007448 series are general-purpose PIN diodes suitable for use as switches or attenuators.

The MA4P7437, MADP-007437 series and MA4P7438, MADP-007438 series feature a thicker intrinsic region for lower distortion in attenuator circuits.

The MADP-007167 series features the thickest I-region, providing the lowest distortion and highest IP3 for current-controlled attenuator circuits. These devices are well suited for AGC functions in infrastructure and CATV applications.

These products are available in single diode, series T (ST), series T reverse (STR), common cathode pair (CK), and common anode pair (CA) configurations. MACOM PIN diodes are offered in SOT-23 (Style 287), SOT-323/SC-70(3L) (Style 1146), SOD-323 (Style 1141), and SC-79 (Style 1279) packages. These packages are supplied in tape-and-reel format for automated pick-and-place assembly. Parts in tape-and-reel packaging carry the suffix "T" in the part number.
