FT-CAP complements KEMET's Open-Mode, Floating Electrode (FE-CAP), Floating Electrode with Flexible Termination (FF-CAP), and KEMET Power Solutions (KPS) product lines, providing a complete suite of flex mitigation solutions.

Combined with the stability of the U2J dielectric and designed to meet all capacitance requirements, these flex-resistant devices are RoHS-compliant, capable of up to 5mm of flexure, with capacitance change limited to -750 ± 20 ppm/°C over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. These devices are lead-free and fully compliant with RoHS and REACH standards, capable of withstanding multiple lead-free reflow soldering processes.
