The capacitance of these devices changes predictably over time and with voltage, with minimal variation relative to ambient temperature. Over the -55°C to +125°C range, capacitance variation is limited to ±15%.

In addition to commercial-grade products, automotive-grade versions are available that meet the stringent qualification requirements of AEC-Q200.
