The REF70 is a series of high-precision series voltage references featuring ultra-low noise (0.23ppmₚ₋ₚ), very low temperature drift coefficient (2ppm/°C), and high precision (±0.025%). The REF70 offers high PSRR, low dropout, and excellent load and line regulation, which helps meet strict transient requirements. This combination of precision and characteristics is specifically designed for applications such as test and measurement, which require precise matching with a precision reference and high-resolution data converters to achieve excellent performance in the signal chain. The REF70 is also suitable for noise-sensitive medical applications to facilitate low-noise measurements at the analog front end. The REF70 series offers VSSOP and LCCC package options. The LCCC (FKH) package is a hermetic ceramic package that provides low long-term drift for applications requiring a long-term stable reference without calibration. The REF70 can operate over a wide temperature range from -40°C to +125°C. Thanks to this wide temperature range, the device can operate in various industrial applications.
