The MAX4704 low-voltage 4-channel analog multiplexer operates from a single +1.8V to +5.5V supply. The MAX4704 features break-before-make switching with tON = 60ns and tOFF = 20ns at +3V. When powered from a +2.7V supply, the device offers maximum on-resistance (RON) of 60Ω, RON matching of 3Ω, and RON flatness of 5Ω.
