The HWB60-AL series hard-wired waterproof power distribution box with AssureLatch™ is the ideal solution for protecting accessory circuits and overflow circuits in a main power distribution module (PDM). This DC power distribution box is also well-suited for use as a main power distribution block in smaller vehicles.

This hard-wired power distribution box accepts MINI fuses, M|N|® circuit breakers, MCAS E™ fuses (adapter required, sold separately), diodes, and ISO 280 relays — including 4-pin single-throw and 5-pin double-throw relays — allowing users to customize their own circuits through direct wire-to-component connections. A terminal position assurance (TPA) lock provides secondary retention to ensure wires are securely locked in place. The HWB60-AL series uses Delphi Metri-Pack 280 blade terminals, cable seals, and cavity plugs (not included).

A thermoplastic cover and gasket help ensure this dust- and waterproof power distribution box meets IP67 and IP69K or IP68 and IP69K ratings, depending on the model. Additionally, the HWB60-AL series features an AssureLatch™ positive-seal latch that securely locks the cover in place.
