TI REF3430MDBVTEP

The REF34xx-EP is a low-drift (10ppm/°C), low-power, high-precision CMOS voltage reference featuring ±0.05% initial accuracy, low operating current, and power consumption below 95μA. The device also provides an ultralow output noise of 3.8μVp-p/V, enabling high signal integrity when used with high-resolution data converters in noise-critical systems. The REF34xx-EP is housed in a compact SOT-23 package with enhanced specifications and offers pin-to-pin replacement for the MAX607x and ADR34xx. The REF34xx-EP series is compatible with most ADCs and DACs.

The device's low output voltage hysteresis and low long-term output voltage drift further improve stability and system reliability. Its small form factor and low operating current (95μA) make it well-suited for portable and battery-powered applications.

The REF34xx-EP is rated for a wide operating temperature range of -55°C to 125°C.
