Mysentech MDC04PCB

The MDC04PCB features 4 capacitance measurement channels. Depending on the application, it can be configured for single-channel or multi-channel operation in conjunction with different MDC04 configurations. The MDC04PCB supports two operating modes: single-wire communication and I2C communication. The mode is selected by shorting the MODE pad to a high or low level: In single-wire mode, the MODE pad must be shorted only to the "+" pad on the left side of the diagram (or via a 0Ω resistor), communicating through the three pins VDD – SDA – GND below; In I2C mode, the MODE pad must be shorted only to the "–" pad at the top of the diagram (or via a 0Ω resistor), communicating through the four pins VDD – SDA – GND – SCL below. The VDD supply voltage range is 2V to 5.5V. When operating in I2C mode, the MDC04PCB supports address 0x44 only.
