Beschreibung
The INA193−INA198 series are voltage output current shunt monitors capable of sensing the voltage drop across a shunt resistor with common-mode voltages ranging from -16V to +80V, independent of the INA19x supply voltage. These devices are available in three output voltage gain versions: 20V/V, 50V/V, and 100V/V. The 500kHz bandwidth makes them suitable for use in current control loops. The INA193−INA195 devices are functionally identical to the INA196−INA198 devices, but with different pin configurations. The INA193−INA198 devices operate from a single supply of 2.7V to 18V, with a maximum supply current of 900μA. All devices are rated for operation over an extended temperature range of -40°C to +125°C and are available in a space-saving SOT-23 package.
