Beschreibung
The SC92F7X45 series is an enhanced 1T 8051-core industrial-grade Flash microcontroller with an instruction set fully compatible with the traditional 8051 product family. The SC92F7545 features 32KB Flash ROM, while the SC92F7445 features 16KB Flash ROM. The SC92F7X45 integrates 2KB SRAM, 128-byte EEPROM, up to 30 GP I/Os, 15 external interrupt-capable IOs, three 16-bit timers, 12-channel 12-bit high-precision ADC, one analog comparator, three-channel 12-bit PWM, tiered IO drive control, one 16×16-bit hardware multiplier/divider, internal ±1% high-precision high-frequency 16/8/4/1.33MHz oscillator and ±4% accuracy low-frequency 128K oscillator, UART and other communication interfaces. To enhance reliability and simplify customer circuitry, the SC92F7X45 also integrates a 4-level selectable voltage LVR, 2.4V reference ADC voltage, low-power WDT, and other high-reliability circuits. The SC92F7X45 offers excellent EMI immunity and is well-suited for IoT control, large and small smart home appliances, smart home systems, chargers, power supplies, aircraft models, walkie-talkies, wireless communications, gaming consoles, and other industrial control and consumer applications.
