Beschreibung
The MSP430 series of ultra-low-power microcontrollers comes in a wide variety. Each member device is equipped with different peripheral sets to meet the needs of various applications. This architecture is used in conjunction with multiple low-power modes and is optimized to extend battery life in portable measurement applications. Each of these devices features a powerful 16-bit RISC CPU, using 16-bit registers and a constant generator to achieve maximum coding efficiency. The Digitally Controlled Oscillator (DCO) enables the device to wake up from a low-power mode to an active mode in 3.5 µs (typical).
The MSP430F5329, MSP430F5327, and MSP430F5325 are microcontroller configurations with 1 integrated 3.3V LDO, 4 16-bit timers, 1 high-performance 12-bit ADC, 2 USCIs, 1 hardware multiplier, DMA, 1 RTC module with an alarm function, and 63 I/O pins. The MSP430F5328, MSP430F5326, and MSP430F5324 include all these peripherals but have 47 I/O pins. Power supply applications include analog and digital sensor systems, data loggers, and various general-purpose areas.
