MS5194T/MS5195T is a low-power, low-noise, 6-channel differential input 24-bit/16-bit ADC designed for high-precision measurement applications. It integrates an on-chip low-noise input buffer, low-noise instrumentation amplifier, precision low-noise low-drift internal bandgap reference, with support for external differential reference voltage as well. The device also integrates programmable excitation current sources, burnout current sources, and a bias voltage generator. The bias voltage generator can set the common-mode voltage of the channel to 0.5×AVDD.

The chip supports external or internal clock, with output data rate configurable via software from 4.17Hz to 470Hz. The supply voltage range is 2.7V to 5.25V. MS5194T/MS5195T is available in a TSSOP24 package.
