개요
MST1163 is a high-power flasher IC with missing lamp indication. It is widely used in motorcycle applications. When using this IC, simply connect the battery positive to the VCC pin, connect the VOUT pin to the bulb, and place a capacitor on the CEXT pin. MST1163 will then control the bulb to flash at a fixed frequency via internally configured logic. Once a missing lamp condition is detected, the bulb will flash at double frequency. MST1163 features multiple protection functions, including cycle-by-cycle over-temperature shutdown protection, overcurrent protection, and over-temperature protection.
