Descrizione
The STC15 series MCUs feature an enhanced 8051 CPU core with a maximum operating frequency of 35MHz. The series offers multiple variants with large-capacity Flash program memory (4KB~64KB) and SRAM data memory (256B~4KB). Rich integrated peripherals include multiple 16-bit timers/counters, programmable clock output, high-precision internal IRC, 10-bit high-speed ADC, comparator, enhanced PWM module, and multiple serial communication interfaces (UART, SPI, I²C). The devices support a wide voltage operating range (2.4V~5.5V) and low-power modes, with high noise immunity and strong ESD protection. The built-in ISP and IAP capabilities streamline system development and firmware upgrade processes.
