Broadcom ASMT-UWB1-NX3F2

This series of surface-mount LEDs features the industry-standard PLCC-2 package. These LEDs offer high-reliability performance, designed to operate under a wide range of environmental conditions. This high-reliability characteristic makes them ideal as indicators across various application conditions. For ease of pick-and-place assembly, the LEDs are supplied in EIA-compliant tape-and-reel packaging. Each reel is shipped within a single bin of luminous intensity and color. These LEDs are compatible with reflow soldering processes. The wide 120° viewing angle makes them well-suited for panels, pushbuttons, office equipment, industrial equipment, and home appliances. The flat top-emitting surface facilitates easy integration with light pipes. The built-in reflector enhances light output intensity, making them suitable as LED pixels in electronic signage as well.
