Beschreibung
The UCC28881 integrates a controller and a 14Ω, 700V power MOSFET in a monolithic device. The device also integrates a high-voltage current source, enabling direct startup and operation from rectified line voltage. It features high current handling capability. The device's low quiescent current delivers excellent efficiency. With the UCC28881, the most common converter topologies — including buck, buck-boost, and flyback — can be implemented with minimal external components. The UCC28881 integrates a soft-start function that controls power stage startup, minimizing stress on power stage components.
