The REF50xx is a product series featuring low noise, low drift, and extremely high precision voltage references. These references support both sinking and sourcing currents and offer excellent line and load regulation performance. Proprietary design techniques are employed to achieve excellent temperature drift (3ppm/°C) and high precision (0.05%). Combining these features with extremely low noise makes the REF50xx series an ideal choice for high-precision data acquisition systems. Each reference voltage is available in both high-grade and standard-grade versions. The reference voltages are provided in 8-pin VSSOP and SOIC packages, with a specified temperature range from –40°C to 125°C. High output current: ±10mA Temperature range: –40°C to 125°C
