Infineon IRSM836-045MA

The IRSM836-045MA is a 4A, 500V Integrated Power Module (IPM) designed for advanced home appliance motor drive applications such as energy-efficient fans and pumps. International Rectifier (IR) technology delivers an extremely compact, high-performance AC motor driver in an isolated package. This advanced IPM combines IR's low RDS(on) trench MOSFET technology with industry-benchmark three-phase high-voltage robust gate drivers in a compact PQFN package. The surface-mount package measures only 12x12mm, features integrated bootstrap functionality, and its compact footprint makes it ideal for space-constrained applications. Integrated overcurrent protection, fault reporting, and undervoltage lockout provide a high level of protection and fail-safe operation. The IRSM836-045MA operates without a heatsink.
