This series of microcontrollers are 32-bit high-performance, low-power MCUs based on the Arm Cortex-M0+ processor core. The Cortex-M0+ is a next-generation processor core that tightly integrates a Nested Vectored Interrupt Controller (NVIC), SysTick Timer, and advanced debug support. This series of MCUs can operate at frequencies up to 20 MHz, leveraging a Flash accelerator for enhanced performance. They provide up to 64 KB of embedded Flash memory for program/data storage and up to 8 KB of embedded SRAM for system operation and application use. This series of MCUs features a wide range of peripherals, including a hardware divider DIV, ADC, I2C, USART, UART, SPI, MCTM, GPTM, PWM, BFTM, CRC-16/32, RTC, WDT, and SW-DP (Serial Wire Debug Port). Several power-saving modes are provided, offering optimized flexibility in terms of wake-up latency and power consumption — a key consideration for low-power applications.
