SGMICRO SGM814-3.3XN6G/TR

The SGM814, SGM815, and SGM816 are a family of complete microprocessor supervisory devices that combine ultra-low power consumption, monitoring circuits, and timer circuits. This integration significantly improves system reliability compared to designs using discrete components or individual ICs. These devices operate over a supply voltage range of 1V to 5V. Regardless of whether the monitored voltage is high or low, the output can be forced low via the manual reset pin (nMR).

If the supply voltage (VDD) exceeds 0.5V during power-on, nRESET is asserted low. When VDD falls below the default voltage threshold, the nRESET output remains low. The VHY hysteresis on VDD prevents false triggering of nRESET.

Both the SGM814 and SGM815 feature active-low open-drain reset outputs and can monitor two different voltages; nRESET is asserted regardless of whether the PFI or SENSE trip threshold is triggered. The SGM816 features an active-low push-pull reset output and a watchdog timer for process monitoring.

These devices are available in a green SOT-23-6 package. They operate over a junction temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
