Beschreibung
The TL750M series devices are low-dropout positive voltage regulators specifically designed for battery-powered systems. The TL750M devices incorporate onboard overvoltage and current-limiting protection circuitry to protect the devices and the regulated system. The devices are fully protected against 60-V load-dump and reverse-battery conditions. Extremely low quiescent current, even during full-load conditions, makes the TL750M series ideal for standby power systems. These devices have limited built-in ESD protection. The leads should be shorted together or the device placed in conductive foam during storage or handling to prevent electrostatic damage to the MOS gates.
