This specification applies to the production and inspection of standard series strip connectors (pin headers). The product technical requirements are as follows: materials and plating are specified in the attached table; plastic parts shall have smooth, clean surfaces free from burrs, bubbles, burn marks, deformation, and other defects, with no gate damage, flash, or short shots; terminal surfaces shall be free from oxidation, poor plating, and similar defects. Compatible PCB thickness: 1.2mm~1.6mm; operating temperature range: -25℃~85℃; rated voltage: 250V AC/DC; rated current: 7A; contact resistance: ≤0.01Ω; insulation resistance: ≥1000MΩ; withstanding voltage: 1500V AC/minute. Product surfaces shall be free from harmful defects, contamination, cracks, and mechanical damage; contacts shall show no corrosion, plating oxidation, or peeling; external dimensions shall conform to the attached drawings; identical specifications shall be interchangeable. Regarding packaging: inner packaging for plastic parts shall be plastic bags; inner packaging for terminals shall be tape-and-reel, labeled with product name, specifications, quantity, and production date; outer packaging shall be cartons with a packing list indicating relevant information, with no movement of products inside the carton. Transportation by any means is permitted, provided the products are protected from moisture and mechanical damage. During storage, packaged connectors shall be kept in a warehouse with an ambient temperature of -10℃~+40℃, relative humidity ≤80%, and surrounding air free from acidic, alkaline, and other corrosive gases.
