The Ai-M61-32S is a Wi-Fi 6 + BLE 5.3 module featuring the BL618 chip as its core processor. It supports Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n/ax and BLE protocols, as well as the Thread protocol. The BL618 system integrates a low-power 32-bit RISC-V CPU with a floating-point unit, DSP unit, cache, and memory, with a maximum clock frequency of up to 320 MHz.

The Ai-M61-32S module offers a rich set of peripheral interfaces, including Camera, MJPEG, Display, Audio Codec, USB 2.0, SDU, Ethernet (EMAC), SD/MMC (SDH), SPI, UART, I2C, I2S, PWM, GPDAC, GPADC, ACOMP, and GPIO. It is widely applicable in areas such as audio/video multimedia, IoT, mobile devices, wearable electronics, and smart home applications.

The Ai-M61-32S module's Sec Eng block supports AES/SHA/PKA/TRNG and other functions, with image encryption and secure boot capabilities, meeting various security requirements in IoT applications.
