The XU series devices are quartz-based, low phase noise PLL oscillators supporting a wide range of frequencies and output interface types. These devices are designed to operate from three different supply voltages, with multiple package sizes and temperature grades available. Leveraging patented one-time programmable (OTP) technology that allows unlimited shelf life, XU series devices can be programmed to generate output frequencies from 16kHz to 1500MHz with resolution down to 1Hz accuracy. The configurability of this series enables rapid delivery for both sample and high-volume production orders.
