SL2.1S is a highly integrated, high-performance, low-power USB 2.0 hub controller chip. It adopts STT technology with single-supply operation at 5V, featuring an integrated 5V-to-3.3V regulator that requires only an external filter capacitor on the power supply. The chip includes a built-in reset circuit, and its low-power technology makes it stand out. It fully supports USB 2.0 High-Speed (480MHz), USB 2.0 Full-Speed (12MHz), and Low-Speed (1.5MHz) modes. The SL2.1S requires an external 12MHz crystal oscillator and integrates a 12MHz-to-480MHz PLL (Phase Lock Loop). Using Single Transaction Translator (STT) technology, it represents the most cost-effective and efficient solution in the *TT series. Supports automatic enumeration switching between self-powered and bus-powered modes. Supports the standard BC1.2 charging protocol.
