Introduction
SLLIMM (Small Low-Loss Intelligent Molded Module) nano series 2nd generation product delivers a compact, high-performance AC motor driver in a simple and robust design. It consists of six improved short-circuit rugged trench gate field-stop IGBTs with freewheeling diodes and three half-bridge HVICs for gate driving, providing low EMI characteristics through optimized switching speed. The package design allows for better and easier heatsink mounting, optimized for thermal performance and compactness in built-in motor applications or other low-power applications with limited assembly space. This IPM includes a fully uncommitted op-amp and a comparator, which can be used to design fast and efficient protection circuits.
