IDCHIP AD24C02

AD24C02 is a serial Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory (EEPROM). It provides 256 bytes of storage organized as 32 pages of 8 bytes each. Random word addressing requires an 8-bit data word address. The device features low-power CMOS technology and a self-timed write cycle. The AD24C02 is available in three package options: SOT23-5, SOP-8, and PDIP-8. Its ease of interfacing, compact footprint, and non-volatile data retention make it widely used in instrumentation and industrial automation control applications.
