VIBRATION T117

T117 is a high-performance OOK/ASK transmitter designed for Remote Keyless Entry (RKE) systems. The IC integrates a power amplifier, an internal VCO-controlled PLL circuit, a low voltage detection circuit, and more.

• Maximum output power: 3V / +13 dBm / 32mA (@ 434MHz, ASK full high)
• Auto-standby function: circuit enters standby automatically when ASK input signal is absent for more than 50ms, with current consumption less than 1uA
• Wide input voltage range: 2.0V to 3.6V
• Minimal external components required
• PLL-based transmitter with frequency range: 200MHz to 450MHz
• On-chip monostable circuit
• 60 dB RF duty cycle for OOK/ASK modulation
