EG Micro EG7335B

EG7335 is a versatile constant-current LED flashlight dedicated chip operating from 2.5V to 5.5V, featuring constant current output with adjustable current, capable of driving various types of LEDs including white LEDs. Two pins OPT1 and OPT2 provide 4 selectable operating modes. With an integrated power transistor, the peripheral circuitry for flashlight applications is minimal. The chip also integrates a status register and oscillator circuit; under the control of the flashlight button, EG7335 can cycle the LED sequentially through full brightness, half brightness, low light, strobe, and SOS modes, making it ideal for flashlight applications. EG7335 has an internally fixed current of approximately 1A; EG7335B supports less than 1.4A with externally adjustable current; applications requiring higher current can use two EG7335 devices in parallel.
