Introduction
RClamp0564P is an ultra-low capacitance ESD protection device designed specifically to protect high-speed differential lines. It features excellent board-level protection characteristics, including fast response time, low working voltage and clamping voltage, with no device performance degradation.
RClamp0564P offers superior ESD protection performance, characterized by low ESD peak clamping voltage and high ESD withstand voltage (up to ±10kV contact discharge per IEC 61000-4-2). RClamp0564P is designed to simultaneously minimize both ESD peak clamping and TLP clamping. The package inductance per pin is reduced, thereby lowering the ESD peak clamping voltage. With a typical capacitance of 0.17pF, RClamp0564P is suitable for high-bandwidth applications such as HDMI 2.0 4K/2K, Thunderbolt, and USB 3.1. Each device protects four high-speed data lines with a maximum working voltage of 5V.
RClamp0564P is available in a 5-pin SGP2010N5 package measuring 2.0×1.0mm with a nominal height of 0.50mm. The nominal pin pitch is 0.40mm. The pass-through package design simplifies PCB layout while maintaining signal integrity on high-speed lines.
