Introduction
CS1237 is a high-precision, low-power Sigma-Delta ADC chip with one built-in Sigma-Delta ADC, one differential input channel, and one temperature sensor. The ADC employs a second-order Sigma-Delta modulator and achieves PGA amplification through a low-noise instrumentation amplifier architecture, with selectable gain settings of 1, 2, 64, and 128. At PGA=128, the effective resolution can reach 20 bits (operating at 5V). CS1237 features a built-in RC oscillator, eliminating the need for an external crystal. CS1237 supports multiple functional mode configurations via DRDY/DOUT and SCLK, including temperature sensing, PGA selection, ADC output data rate selection, and more. CS1237 features a power-down mode.
