ATI ATLS6A201D

The laser driver is an electronic module specifically designed to drive diode lasers at a constant current of 6A, featuring high efficiency, low noise, high reliability, EMI shielding, and a compact form factor. Two models are available: ATLS6A201D and ATLS6A201D-PD, the latter featuring a grounded pull-down resistor. It provides the following functions: laser current control, laser current monitoring, over-temperature protection, line good indication, laser diode status indication, soft start and shutdown. It incorporates a highly stable, low-noise 2.5V reference voltage for setting the output current, which can also serve as a reference voltage for ADC and/or DAC. Housed in a six-sided metal enclosure that shields against EMI, preventing interference between the driver and other electronic components.
