The Organic Thermal-Link (OTCO) is a non-resettable, one-shot protective device. It mainly consists of a metal case, spring, sliding contact, and thermal pellet. When the organic thermal pellet senses abnormal heat and the temperature reaches the predetermined fusing temperature, the thermal pellet melts and the sliding contact separates from the isolated lead under the action of the trip spring, thereby disconnecting the circuit. The Organic Thermal-Link (OTCO) is widely used in electrical equipment for over-temperature protection. It offers a complete range of product specifications, with rated operating temperatures from 72 °C to 263 °C and rated currents of 10 A, 15 A / 16 A. Safety certifications include UL, CUL, VDE, CCC, KC, and PSE, and it complies with RoHS and REACH environmental regulations.
