The CA‐IS36xx devices are a family of digital isolators with integrated DC‐DC converters and enhanced isolation voltage ratings. The CA‐IS36xx replaces traditional discrete-component isolated power supply solutions, effectively saving system board space, simplifying design, and achieving complete signal and power isolation. All devices feature fail-safe outputs: devices with the suffix "L" default to a low output level when the input signal is lost, while devices with the suffix "H" default to a high output level. In addition, devices with "V" in the suffix feature an independent logic voltage supply, allowing users to select different DC‐DC converter supply voltages and logic supply voltages independently based on application requirements.
