Introduction
LM2902-Q1、LM2902B-Q1 and LM2902BA-Q1 are AEC-Q100 qualified, industry-standard op amps for automotive applications. LM2902B-Q1 and LM2902BA-Q1 are next-generation versions of LM2902-Q1, incorporating four high-voltage (36V) op amps. LM2902B-Q1 and LM2902BA-Q1 deliver excellent value for cost-sensitive applications, featuring low offset (3mV and 2mV maximum, respectively), common-mode input range to ground, and high differential input voltage capability.
LM2902B-Q1 and LM2902BA-Q1 simplify circuit design through enhanced features such as unity-gain stability, lower offset voltage of typically 0.3mV, and lower quiescent current of typically 240µA. High ESD (1kV, HBM) along with integrated EMI and RF filters enable LM2902B-Q1 and LM2902BA-Q1 devices to be used in the most severe and environmentally demanding applications in the automotive market.
