Broadcom HLMP-6820

The HLMP-Pxxx series flat-top lamps feature uncolored, non-diffused truncated lenses that provide a wide radiation pattern, suitable for backlighting applications. These flat-top lamps are also well-suited as emitters in light pipe applications. The HLMP-6xxx series dome lamps, when used as indicator lights, employ colored diffused lenses to provide wide viewing angles and high on/off contrast ratios. High-brightness lamps use uncolored, non-diffused lenses to deliver high luminous intensity within a narrow radiation pattern. The HLMP-6xxx series 5V subminiature lamps incorporate built-in current-limiting resistors, ideal for space-constrained applications. All devices are constructed by mounting LED dies on axial lead frames, forming molded epoxy subminiature lamp packages. Multiple package configuration options are available, including special SMT lead configurations, gull-wing leads, Y-leads, or Z-bend leads. Right-angle lead bends with 2.54 mm and 5.08 mm center spacing are provided for through-hole mounting.
