The popular 1N821 through 1N829A series zero-temperature-coefficient reference diodes offer nominal voltages of 6.2 V and 6.55 V, with temperature coefficient options as low as 0.0005%/°C, providing minimal voltage variation with temperature at an operating current of 7.5 mA. These reference diodes, housed in DO-35 glass axial-lead packages, are available with an internal metallurgical bonded junction by adding the "-1" suffix. The series also includes a variety of other reference diode products with voltage ratings up to 200 V.
