Introduction
This series of SMT Zener voltage regulators conforms to MIL-PRF-19500/406 and is designed for high-reliability applications where failure is not an option. These industry-qualified 1.5W Zener voltage regulators are hermetically sealed using a void-free glass construction with internal metallurgical bonding. The series includes Zener selections with a standard tolerance of 5% and voltage range from 3.3V to 200V. Versions with 1% and 2% tolerances are also available. Microsemi offers many other Zener products to address higher and lower power ratings in both through-hole and SMT packages.

- 1N4462US through 1N4496US use "Class 1" internal metallurgical bond; 1N6485US through 1N6491US, 1N4460US, and 1N4461US use "Class III" internal metallurgical bond.
- JAN, JANTX, JANTXV, and JANS qualifications available per MIL-PRF-19500/406.
- RoHS-compliant versions available (commercial grade only).
