HXY MOSFET LM2903

The 2903 is a device consisting of two independent, precision voltage comparators with an offset voltage of no more than 2.0mV. It operates in either single-supply or dual-supply configurations, with supply current independent of supply voltage magnitude. A key feature of this comparator is that its input common-mode voltage range includes zero even in single-supply operation. It is primarily used in consumer and industrial electronics applications.
