Introduction
The NTE4093B (14-pin DIP) and NTE4093BT (SOIC-14) Schmitt trigger devices utilize MOS P-channel and N-channel enhancement-mode devices integrated in a single monolithic structure. These devices are primarily intended for applications requiring low power dissipation and/or high noise immunity. The NTE4093B/BT may be used as replacements for the NTE4011B/BT quad 2-input NAND gate to improve noise immunity or to provide wave shaping of slowly changing waveforms.

- Quiescent current: typical 0.5nA per package at 5V DC
- Supply voltage range: 3V DC to 18V DC
- Capable of driving two low-power TTL loads, one low-power Schottky TTL load, or two HTL loads over the rated temperature range
