This family of voltage references employs an innovative core topology to achieve high precision while delivering industry-leading temperature stability and noise performance. The devices' low thermal hysteresis and low long-term output voltage drift further enhance system accuracy over time and temperature variations. A maximum operating current of 950μA and a maximum dropout voltage of 300mV make these devices ideal for portable applications. The ADR4520/ADR4525/ADR4530/ADR4533/ADR4540/ADR4550 voltage reference family is available in 8-lead SOIC packages, offering a wide output voltage range. All devices are rated for the extended industrial temperature range of −40°C to +125°C. The ADR4525W is available in an 8-lead SOIC package and meets automotive application standards.
