Introduction
The ADA4625-1 is a high voltage, single-supply, rail-to-rail output (RRO) precision JFET input op amp that delivers optimal performance in high voltage, high gain, and low noise applications. The input common-mode voltage range includes the negative supply, and the output swings rail-to-rail, maximizing the dynamic input range in low voltage, single-supply applications without requiring a separate negative voltage supply for ground-sensing.
The combination of wide bandwidth, low noise, and low input bias current makes the ADA4625-1 well suited for PLL, active filter amplifiers, and high VTUNE VCO and preamplifier applications where low-level signals require simultaneous high gain and wide bandwidth from the amplifier.
The ADA4625-1 is unity-gain stable and does not exhibit phase inversion when the input range exceeds either supply rail by 200 mV. The output is capable of driving loads up to 1000 pF and/or 600 Ω.
The ADA4625-1 is rated over the -40°C to +125°C extended industrial temperature range, operates from +5 V to +36 V (±2.5 V to ±18 V), and is specified at supply voltages of +5 V and ±18 V. The ADA4625-1 is available in an 8-lead SOIC package with an exposed pad (EPAD).
