Introduction
706P/R/S/T/J, 708R/S/T/J, 705/6/7/8, and 813L are primarily used to monitor power supply and battery voltages. A reset signal is generated when the supply voltage falls below 2.63V (706P/R, 708R), 2.93V (706S, 708S), 3.08V (706T, 708T), 4.00V (706J, 708J), 4.40V (706/708), or 4.65V (705/707, 813L). 706P/R/S/T/J, 705/706/813L feature a watchdog circuit with a 1.6-second reset timeout. The watchdog timer can be disabled by leaving the WDI pin floating. 708R/S/T/J, 707/708 provide both active-high and active-low reset outputs, but have no watchdog function. The 706P is functionally identical to the 706R except that its reset output is active-high. The 813L is functionally identical to the 705 except that its reset output is active-high.
