Introduction
The NTE3087 is an optical isolator combining a GaAsP LED emitter with an integrated high-gain, multi-stage high-speed photodetector. The detector circuit output is an open-collector, Schottky-clamped transistor capable of sinking 50mA. The open-collector output enables bus connection, wired-OR, and strobe functions. The NTE3087 is housed in an 8-pin plastic mini-DIP package.
